Yummy Raw Recipe for Hummus Snack/lunch/dip … :)

Can Garbanzo beans drained

Half fresh red pepper

3 cloves garlic (or less  … I love garlic. It’s so good for us)

1 tsp tumerick

Half tsp cumin

1 tsp sesame seeds

Juice of half a lemon or 1 whole small lemon- organic preferably

Place  some parsley to garnish (Then eat the parsley … to help your breath 🙂 )

Optional

Sprinkle a little McCormic Montreal Steak Seasoning  (it has a lot of salt in it so only a little is necessary) or a little of your favorite seasoning

Pulse with food processor until all mixed and enjoy 🙂

I eat it with cucumber slices, tomatoes, Trader Joe’s brown rice quesadillas or whatever I have or nothing at all 🙂
