If I do not wait until I’m really really hungry to eat, I’m less tempted to eat non raw

When I chew my food fully  and mindfully (paying attention to what’s in my mouth while slowly chewing) I’m satisfied with less food.

Food is exiting smooth and easy and fuller…I know that to be a great sign of good digestion

This raw food journey is very Cooooooooool 🙂

I’m sleeping better….

My afternoon ‘crash’ is not as predictable…have more energy 🙂
